The role
Aria InsurTech needs a Director of Product to own its agent platform end to end, from research and roadmap to launch. You'll lead the developers and work directly with the CEO and leadership team.
What you'll do
- Own the agent platform from first idea to launch and beyond
- Talk to agents, sales and operations to find what's missing or broken
- Agree a prioritised build list with leadership
- Write mockups and clear tasks, and manage developers' day-to-day work
- Test every change and track how agents use the platform
What they're looking for
- 7+ years in product management, 3+ managing a team
- Owned a software product from idea to launch and improved it after
- Enough technical understanding to plan work with developers
- Skilled with AI tools and project tools like Monday.com
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
