The role
You'll coach about 50 learners on Correlation One's Amazon Data Center Technician program, running 1:1 sessions and giving resume and LinkedIn feedback. The contract runs January to April 2027, with office hours largely set by you.
What you'll do
- Run 1:1 coaching meetings with learners, up to 6 hours a week
- Give rubric-based feedback on resume drafts, final resumes and LinkedIn profiles
- Track learner job search progress and update statuses monthly
- Send weekly async updates and join bi-weekly pod meetings
- Reply to learner Slack and email messages within 24 hours
What they're looking for
- 2+ years in career coaching, counseling or job-seeker program work
- Experience coaching adult learners or job seekers fully remotely
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
- Available for the full contract, Jan 11 to Apr 30, 2027
