The role
Bryant Park Consulting needs a Practice Area Lead to run one of its NetSuite ERP practice areas, from strategy and staffing to project delivery and P&L. You'll manage Engagement Managers and indirectly a wider consultant team.
What you'll do
- Set and execute the strategic plan for a NetSuite practice area
- Manage Engagement Managers and indirectly the practice's consultants
- Sponsor practice engagements and oversee NetSuite project delivery
- Own the practice P&L, budgets and KPIs with Finance
- Develop new business, proposals and SOWs with key clients and partners
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 7+ years of ERP consulting experience
- 3+ years managing an organization of 20+ people
- Track record building practices in professional services
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IS or related field
Nice to have
- PMP certification
- NetSuite or other ERP certifications
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
