The role
Supabase needs a product lead for the platform beneath all its products: compute, disks, networking, regions and enterprise features. You'll set direction, decide priorities and hire the PMs who own the rest.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the platform product team, hiring and coaching PMs
- Decide what gets built, deferred or cut each quarter
- Own reliability and security as product surfaces, including service levels
- Talk to customers from solo developers to enterprise architects
- Run platform planning and check launches against deal velocity and reliability

- 8+ years in product management on developer tools or infrastructure, or a founder in the space
- Experience building and leading a team of product managers
- Shipped cloud infrastructure as a product: compute, networking, storage or multi-region
- Hands-on with the product: read replicas, custom domains, PrivateLink, BYOC
- Comfortable working async and using AI to move fast
Nice to have
- Knowledge of how enterprises buy and security-review infrastructure
