The role
OKX is hiring an operations manager to lead P2P expansion across overseas markets, from merchant onboarding to dispute handling. You'll work with Product and Engineering and track KPIs and competitors.
What you'll do
- Develop regional P2P expansion strategies for stable, sustainable growth
- Design merchant onboarding, segmentation and incentive structures
- Improve completion rate, trading efficiency and dispute resolution
- Work with Product and Engineering on P2P workflows and features
- Track P2P KPIs and competitor moves, and propose responses
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years in platform operations, ideally crypto or Web3
- 2-3 years of hands-on P2P operations in overseas markets
- Experience at a major exchange
- Grasp of P2P liquidity, spreads and regional payment systems
- Strong analytical skills and fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience managing regional teams or local operators
- Knowledge of overseas P2P fraud patterns and payment risks
- Chinese or other regional languages
