The role
Dash0 is adding a generalist legal counsel to work alongside its General Counsel and VP of Operations. You'll start on EMEA commercial contracts and widen into compliance, governance and financing.
What you'll do
- Draft, review and negotiate enterprise customer and commercial agreements
- Advise on corporate, employment, data privacy and AI compliance
- Support corporate governance, entity management and board matters
- Support M&A, financing diligence and cap table documentation
- Manage outside counsel and partner with Product, Sales, HR and Finance
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience in demanding roles
- Law degree and active licence to practise in an EMEA jurisdiction
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation, especially B2B SaaS
- EU and international data privacy experience
- Low-ego, high-ownership approach and strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience at international, ideally US-based tech or SaaS companies
