The role
Kaltura is launching a new agentic learning and enablement product and needs a product leader to own its roadmap, build the MVP and shape pricing. You'll report progress directly to executive leadership.
What you'll do
- Define and run the roadmap for the Learning & Enablement Platform
- Lead delivery of the 0-to-1 MVP and the expansion that follows
- Integrate with Kaltura's agentic platform and post-merger assets
- Set pricing, packaging and positioning with GTM leadership
- Present milestones and cohort metrics to executives
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management
- 3+ years owning an enterprise learning, LXP or LMS platform
- Shipped production AI/ML products using RAG, LLMs or conversational interfaces
- Fluent in API-first architecture, microservices and LTI/xAPI
- Enterprise packaging and monetization experience, selling to CROs and CLOs
Nice to have
- Video-native learning or enterprise video infrastructure experience
- Experience unifying acquired products into one platform
- Familiarity with competency frameworks and compliance standards
