The role
TRM Labs needs a Deployment Strategist to manage strategic crypto and financial-institution accounts, drive platform adoption and train investigators. You'll work mostly on EMEA time, asynchronously by default.
What you'll do
- Advise crypto businesses on using TRM in investigations and compliance
- Build and deliver tailored product demos for investigators and compliance teams
- Run structured training sessions so TRM fits into daily workflows
- Track usage trends and head off churn risk across your account portfolio
- Pass customer feedback to product and engineering teams

- 5+ years in crypto, financial institutions, compliance or customer-facing roles
- High proficiency in English
- Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics
- Ability to explain complex investigative concepts to compliance officers and executives
