The role
TRM Labs needs a Deployment Strategist to own post-sale success for EMEA public sector customers, from onboarding to renewals support. You'll run executive reviews and build AI-driven account workflows.
What you'll do
- Onboard and activate EMEA public sector accounts across all TRM products
- Build AI workflows that auto-generate account health summaries and QBR drafts
- Track adoption benchmarks and flag at-risk accounts before renewal
- Run executive business reviews with senior agency and regulator stakeholders
- Feed customer blockers and use cases back to Product

Must-haves
- 5+ years in customer success, deployment or post-sale roles with GRR and NRR accountability
- Domain credibility in law enforcement, public sector, cyber or financial crime
- Built repeatable, production AI workflows with measurable results
- Executive presence to run QBRs with senior government stakeholders
- Based in the UK or Europe, working with customers across EMEA
