The role
Eneba needs a lead to own analytics engineering strategy and manage about 10 analytics engineers. You'll make curated data usable by business teams, BI tools and AI agents without an analyst in between.
What you'll do
- Own the analytics engineering strategy, direction and goals
- Lead, coach and hire a team of around 10 analytics engineers
- Set data-modeling architecture, quality standards and ways of working
- Enable self-service data with semantic layers, metrics and governance
- Partner with Accounting, Payments, Marketing and senior leaders

- Experience leading data or analytics engineering teams in product tech companies
- Track record setting data-modeling architecture and standards
- Hands-on DBT, working SQL and data modeling, plus one BI tool
- Strong stakeholder skills, including executive-level discussions
- Fluent business English
