The role
Eneba is forming a Payment Operations team to build alerting, dashboards and reporting on its checkout funnel. You'll find where payments fail, quantify the impact and route fixes to the right owner.
What you'll do
- Own diagnosis of checkout funnel health, surfacing alerts and defects early
- Lead root-cause work separating engineering defects from user behavior
- Analyze authorization rates, decline codes and multi-PSP performance
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Fraud on funnel issues
- Support cross-functional funnel reporting that improves conversion

Must-haves
- Hands-on payments funnel knowledge: interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS
- Proven root-cause analysis of funnel drop-off or decline patterns
- Ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
- Initiative to investigate issues independently without a playbook
- Good English; proficiency preferred
Nice to have
- Self-serve BI or dashboard tool familiarity
- SQL fluency for independent investigation
- Multi-PSP comparative analysis experience
