The role
Eneba's Fraud & Risk Operations team protects its gaming marketplace from fraudulent transactions. You'll analyze data, investigate escalated cases and help build detection systems.
What you'll do
- Monitor marketplace activity to catch suspicious behaviour and fraudulent transactions
- Analyze data to find fraud patterns, emerging risks and new attack vectors
- Work with product, data and engineering on fraud detection systems
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and alerts for fraud monitoring
- Investigate escalated cases and recommend actions based on risk
