The role
Welocalize is looking for English-to-Polish linguists to translate, post-edit and review clinical research, regulatory and pharmacovigilance documents. It's contract work with strict turnaround times, and an assessment is part of onboarding.
What you'll do
- Translate clinical, regulatory and pharmacovigilance documents into Polish
- Post-edit machine-translated safety content
- Copy edit translated and post-edited content for accuracy, tone and consistency
- Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times
- Work in XTM or Phrase and use Track Changes in Word
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Translation degree plus 2 years' full-time experience, or 5 years' translation experience
- 2+ years translating life sciences and medical documents
- Clinical trial and pharmacovigilance translation experience
- Familiarity with CAT tools such as XTM or Phrase
- Familiarity with Track Changes in Microsoft Word
Nice to have
- Degree in medicine, biology, clinical research or linguistics
- In-house experience at a CRO or pharma company
