The role
Tailor needs someone to own day-to-day execution of client implementations on its Headless ERP platform. It's a development role built to grow into the Senior PM position.
What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day client questions, escalations and requests
- Coordinate the dev team and keep project tools and release notes current
- Analyze client data to surface gaps, discrepancies and risks
- Test releases, run client sign-off and own go-live readiness
- Build and deliver training so clients can run the platform alone

- 2–5 years in product management or management consulting
- Customer-facing experience with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured thinker comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with data analysis tools and AI-driven workflows

- Ecommerce or physical-product operations exposure
