The role
Rwazi needs an operator to recruit contributors, field agents and partners across LATAM and run data-collection projects from spec to delivery. It's a field role with regular regional travel.
What you'll do
- Recruit, vet and onboard contributors and field agents across LATAM
- Run in-person recruitment drives, trainings and meetups in key cities
- Source and manage implementation partners to the same quality bar
- Own live data-collection projects from spec to accepted delivery
- Build the playbook: sourcing, onboarding flows and QC checklists

Must-haves
- Experience managing distributed field teams or crowdsourced data collection
- Hands-on field experience running drives, trainings or site visits
- Experience managing third-party vendors against a spec and deadline
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Willing to travel regularly in the region, including short notice
Nice to have
- Portuguese, strongly preferred
- Experience across multiple LATAM markets
