The role
Customer.io's Brand Studio is shifting from production to a systems and platform team built around AI. You'll own brand design for major launches and build the templates and workflows others use.
What you'll do
- Own brand design for product launches using AI-native workflows
- Design website pages, templates and components with the web engineer
- Build Figma libraries, prompt libraries and tooling that output on-brand work
- Choose and standardise the AI creative stack, and run workshops for teams
- Mentor designers and partner with Product Design and Marketing

- 7+ years of brand or visual design, ideally in-house at B2B SaaS or tech
- Portfolio showing brand systems, campaigns, web, events and AI-assisted work
- Expert Figma skills and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on use of AI image and design tools in production workflows
- Business acumen, executive communication and mentoring experience
