The role
Rwazi's Senior Community Manager owns ecosystem strategy across contributors, mappers, enterprise clients and partners. You'll report to the VP of Community and shape how these groups interact.
What you'll do
- Define how contributors, enterprise users and partners interact
- Design structured engagement models for each stakeholder group
- Spot trust gaps and sentiment risk early
- Feed ecosystem insights back to Product and Leadership
- Support the VP of Community in scaling into new markets and segments

- 6-10+ years in community, ecosystem or network leadership roles
- Experience managing multi-sided platforms such as marketplaces or SaaS
- Relationship-building across different stakeholder types
- Comfort with retention, density and ecosystem health metrics
