The role
Consensys's MetaMask is launching an official VIP programme in early 2027. You'll recruit, onboard and retain Mandarin-speaking high-volume traders and HNWIs across Greater China and Singapore.
What you'll do
- Recruit and onboard VIP traders and HNWIs across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore
- Negotiate VIP terms within MetaMask's programme guidelines
- Act as each VIP's main contact, pulling in Support, Product and leadership
- Host and join VIP gatherings across the region with the Events team
- Report on pipeline, volume, fees and retention, and feed trader insight to Product
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Experience in VIP, account management or business development in crypto or fintech
- Credible network among high-volume Mandarin-speaking traders or HNWIs
- Native Mandarin and strong professional English
- Solid knowledge of on-chain trading and DeFi
- Comfort working to volume, fee and deposit targets
Nice to have
- Cantonese
- Experience hosting private events or community gatherings
- Japanese or Korean language skills
