The role
Bishop Fox is hiring a senior red teamer to plan and run adversary emulation engagements for large clients. You'll lead small teams, mentor colleagues and advise clients on prioritizing findings.
What you'll do
- Run red team engagements from research and attack planning to execution
- Attack networks, web apps, people and physical sites to reach set objectives
- Report findings and give tailored, actionable recommendations to clients
- Lead small teams on engagements and mentor co-workers
- Advise clients on prioritizing critical findings
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years of offensive security work in red and purple team engagements
- Expertise in Active Directory exploitation and lateral movement
- Hands-on with C2 frameworks like Sliver, Nighthawk and Mythic
- Custom tool and payload development, reverse engineering, EDR evasion
- Experience assessing AI system security and using AI agents in red teaming
Nice to have
- Exploit development or assembly (x86/arm)
- Physical penetration testing, including RFID and alarm bypass
- OSCP/E, CRTL/CRTO, GPEN or GXPN certifications
