The role
ElevenLabs needs someone to build and run its partner academy for systems integrators, hyperscalers and technology partners. You'll create curricula, run certification and scale it through automation.
What you'll do
- Build courses, hands-on labs and assessments for partner sellers and engineers
- Turn expertise from FDEs, sales and product teams into an online academy
- Run the certification program end to end, from submissions to certificates
- Automate learner support with agents, bots and emails
- Deliver online and in-person training, including at partner hackathons

Must-haves
- Built enablement or training programs at scale for partners, sellers or tech teams
- Strong instructional design skills for courses, labs and assessments
- Can run a program end to end: platforms, timelines, stakeholders, reporting
- Can lead workshops for sellers and engineers and explain technical products
- Based in North America, able to work Americas time zones
Nice to have
- Forward deployed or solutions engineering experience with a frontier AI product
- Hands-on with LLM apps, voice agents, Python or TypeScript, telephony
- Experience with WorkRamp or similar platforms; Spanish or Portuguese
