The role
Constructor's integration engineers give first-level technical support to ecommerce customers connecting their sites and apps to its search platform. You'll handle onboarding, API guidance, troubleshooting and catalog setup.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through integrating websites and apps with Constructor's APIs
- Advise on API usage and open source libraries
- Troubleshoot integration issues alongside Customer Success teams
- Configure product catalogs, facets, sort orders and searchabilities
- Document common issues and improve onboarding docs

- Proven customer or technical support experience
- Knowledge of REST web services, APIs and integration best practices
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- French speaking
Nice to have
- Familiarity with JSON, CSV and basic search/index concepts
- Debugging experience with browser dev tools, Postman or logs
- JavaScript web development and A/B testing familiarity
