The role
Customer.io is hiring a senior fullstack engineer to build core product workflows for its messaging platform. You'll own problems end to end and use AI agents to make multi-file changes.
What you'll do
- Build fullstack features in Go, React and Ember for key customer workflows
- Turn ideas into shipped customer value with your team
- Share progress through short videos, writing and mentorship
- Join an on-call rotation to support the systems you build
- Use AI agents to scope, prompt and verify multi-file changes
