The role
Oyster needs a business manager to partner with the CRO and four GTM VPs, running the operating rhythm and owning cross-functional growth initiatives. It's a senior, fully remote role based between UTC-5 and UTC+3.
What you'll do
- Turn company strategy into a GTM plan with OKRs and key initiatives
- Run the GTM operating rhythm: business reviews, planning cycles and QBRs
- Own select cross-functional initiatives from scoping through to results
- Diagnose friction between teams and broker fast, practical fixes
- Lead internal communication so GTM knows what matters and why

- 5 to 8 years in business ops, chief of staff or strategy consulting
- Direct experience within a tech GTM organisation
- Track record influencing VP and C-level leaders without formal authority
- Strong programme management across several ambiguous initiatives
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a data-informed approach

- Strategy consulting or similarly rigorous analytical background
