ElevenLabs is hiring a trust operations specialist to build processes, automations and risk reporting for its trust and safety team. You'll advise leadership and partner with Product, Legal and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Build automations and standard processes for trust and safety work
- Partner with Engineering and Growth on trust infrastructure
- Advise leadership with risk reporting and clear recommendations
- Spot risk patterns and build dashboards that inform policy
- Design and run KPIs that measure trust and safety performance
What they're looking for
- 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Ops or Risk Ops at a high-growth tech firm
- Track record building end-to-end solutions, from data collection to execution
- Experience working with Policy, Legal or Safety teams
- Clear communication of complex risk data as recommendations
- Based in Europe; London preferred
