The role
You'll run the end-to-end workflow for AWS and Anthropic funding programs inside Caylent's Finance team, from documentation to invoices. You'll work closely with AWS partner managers and internal account teams.
What you'll do
- Run the end-to-end workflow for AWS and Anthropic funding programs
- Prepare, check and submit invoices on time
- Keep client records, funding documents and trackers accurate
- Track program changes and update internal teams
- Work with AWS Partner Development Managers to resolve issues and deadlines
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 1-3 years in operations, sales ops, revenue ops, billing or finance ops
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Experience processing invoices or financial documentation
- Comfortable working across several web platforms at once
- Legal work authorization in your country; no visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS Partner Programs or vendor funding programs
- Experience supporting sales, project managers and delivery teams
- Knowledge of Claude skills and projects
