The role
Constructor needs a technical recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for engineering and product roles across North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. You'll work closely with hiring managers at a fast-growing remote company.

- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical engineering and product roles
- Source engineering and product talent across North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC
- Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria and success profiles
- Send weekly pipeline updates to hiring managers
- Improve recruiting processes, tools and reporting
