The role
Consensys is hiring a senior People Operations owner for MetaMask's global team, covering the employee lifecycle and European labor law and GDPR compliance. You'll also lead People projects and bring automation and AI into everyday HR work.
What you'll do
- Manage onboarding, transfers and offboarding across multiple countries
- Prepare employment contracts and administer leaves and benefits
- Keep HRIS records accurate through audits and reconciliations
- Coordinate with EOR providers, payroll, legal and immigration counsel
- Lead People projects from scoping to delivery and automate manual processes
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years in People Operations, HR Operations or HR Administration
- Working knowledge of UK and European employment practice and GDPR
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding and leave administration
- Experience working with EOR providers and other vendors
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and HRIS experience
Nice to have
- ADP Workforce Now experience
- Familiarity with immigration and relocation support
- A second major European language
