The role
Ashby is hiring its first EMEA-based Recruiting Operations Consultant for its Customer Education team. You'll run consulting engagements, scope paid projects and build education that scales.
What you'll do
- Deliver free and paid 1:1 consulting on recruiting strategy and analytics
- Scope and deliver paid engagements with AEs, CSMs and Professional Services
- Turn consulting insights into Academy courses, guides, webinars and playbooks
- Enable CSMs on foundational RecOps strategies and tactics
- Pass customer observations to the Product Team as concrete feedback
What they're looking for
- 2+ years in recruiting operations, analytics and process design
- Hands-on experience with Ashby's product
- Clear, concise facilitation and communication
- Comfort working with stakeholders from Heads of Talent to recruiters
- Ability to run projects end to end, from scoping to follow-through
