The role
ElevenLabs needs someone to own day-to-day equity administration across many countries, keeping the cap table audit-ready and handling grants, exercises and leavers. You'll work with Finance, Legal and People and automate repetitive work.
What you'll do
- Keep the cap table accurate and audit-ready
- Handle grants, exercises and leavers correctly and on time
- Turn board-approved decisions into clean records and clear communication
- Support 409A and local valuations
- Answer employee equity questions and automate repetitive work
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- Hands-on equity administration in Carta or a similar platform
- Multi-jurisdiction equity experience, including globally mobile participants
- Knowledge of options, RSUs, vesting, and US ISO and UK EMI or CSOP plans
- Experience reconciling equity data with People, Payroll and Accounting
- Grasp of stock-based compensation accounting and US GAAP reporting
Nice to have
- Fast-growing startup experience or 409A familiarity
- Certification such as CEP
- Experience with an IPO or private-to-public transition
