The role
ElevenLabs needs a Revenue Accountant to run recurring revenue workstreams, apply ASC 606 and build controls in a lean Finance team. You'll work with Sales, Legal, Billing Ops, Engineering and FP&A.
What you'll do
- Run significant parts of the monthly revenue close, including journals and reconciliations
- Reconcile usage and billing to the GL and resolve exceptions with partners
- Review customer contracts and apply ASC 606 to standard arrangements
- Prepare workpapers, audit support and SOX readiness evidence
- Automate recurring revenue processes and exception reporting

Must-haves
- Deep ASC 606 expertise, including SSP and principal vs. agent analysis
- Experience leading revenue close, deferred revenue and unbilled receivables
- Track record partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review
- Pre-IPO or public company experience with external audit and controls
- Active CPA, ACA or ACCA qualification
Nice to have
- Usage-based and subscription billing experience
- Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and high-volume SaaS AR
- Multi-entity or international revenue accounting
