The role
Eneba's Payments & Risk team needs an analyst to turn transaction data into reports and recommendations. You'll work with Payment Ops, Product and Finance on routing, failures and costs.
What you'll do
- Lead data collection and integration projects in payments
- Build and maintain payments performance reports
- Monitor KPIs, transaction volumes and payment performance
- Find ways to improve payment routing and cut failures
- Run ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 1-3 years in business analytics in finance, banking, consulting or similar
- Advanced SQL
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Good English, proficiency preferred
Nice to have
- Building dashboards in Databricks, Tableau or similar
- Experience with AI-powered scheduled reports
- Exposure to payments data (PSP, acquiring, risk)
