The role
Supabase's Compute team runs the systems behind project provisioning, autoscaling and multi-region compute. You'll design, build and operate that platform, including on-call and incident response.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the Supabase Cloud offering
- Design systems to provision and scale multi-region compute workloads
- Own compute orchestration: warm pools, autoscaling, resizing
- Improve automation and observability across the compute stack
- Join on-call rotations and resolve escalated platform issues

Must-haves
- Strong software engineering in Go and TypeScript
- 5+ years with cloud infrastructure, AWS required
- 3+ years building custom Kubernetes controllers at scale
- Networking and multi-region infrastructure design knowledge
- Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally Pulumi
Nice to have
- GCP and Azure experience
- QEMU, KVM and NAS experience
- Familiarity with Postgres
