The role
JC Automation needs a data specialist to build SQL Server queries and Power BI dashboards for a global pharma MES program. You'll migrate Oracle-based reports to MS-SQL and deliver validated work in a GMP setting.
What you'll do
- Build Power BI reports and dashboards from MES and manufacturing data
- Write and tune T-SQL queries, stored procedures and views in SQL Server
- Migrate Oracle PL/SQL-based reports to MS-SQL data sources
- Gather reporting needs from sites in Puerto Rico, the US, Europe and Asia
- Prepare CSV deliverables under GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 3+ years in data analytics or reporting, ideally pharma or biotech
- Strong T-SQL: complex queries, views, stored procedures, tuning
- Hands-on Power BI: data modeling, DAX, publishing to the service
- MES experience such as PharmaSuite, PAS-X or Syncade
- CSV documentation in a GMP setting; fluent English
Nice to have
- Azure experience: App Service, Azure SQL, Data Factory
- Power Apps and Power Automate experience
- Prior MES implementation work, especially PharmaSuite
