The role
OKX needs a Head of Regulatory Change & Policy to own its global regulatory change agenda within Compliance. You'll set the operating model, engage regulators and build the team.
What you'll do
- Own Compliance's regulatory change log and assess impact on OKX's products
- Maintain global regulatory obligations mapping and horizon scanning
- Support local teams in regulator and industry consultation engagement
- Build the function, set its operating model and coach team members
- Build working relationships with Legal, Risk and local Compliance

Must-haves
- 10+ years in regulatory change, regulatory affairs or senior compliance/policy
- Built or reshaped a regulatory change function, not just operated one
- Global exposure to crypto regulation across multiple regimes
- Track record influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Experience hiring, leading and developing a team
Nice to have
- Background in crypto, fintech or another heavily regulated financial sector
