The role
Supabase wants a hands-on leader to build and run the platform of autonomous agents behind its internal operations. You'll set the architecture, evals and safety controls, and lead a small team of senior engineers.
What you'll do
- Own the agent platform architecture, from orchestration to production
- Set up evals and tracing so regressions are caught before they ship
- Design safety controls: least-privilege access, audit logs, sandboxing
- Take workflows agents can fully own into production
- Hire, review and grow a team of senior individual contributors
