The role
Constructor's Integration Engineer gives first-level technical support to ecommerce customers integrating websites and apps with its APIs. You'll work through onboarding, troubleshooting and catalog index setup.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through onboarding and integration with Constructor's APIs
- Troubleshoot integration issues alongside Customer Success teams
- Configure product catalogs, facets, searchabilities and sort orders
- Act as liaison between customers and other technical teams
- Document common issues to improve integration docs and onboarding
