The role

What you'll do
- Schedule startup, commissioning and warranty work for 85+ technicians
- Assign field resources in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Review technician timecards for labor, travel and job coding accuracy
- Prepare billing data so jobs are ready to invoice within 24-48 hours
- Resolve discrepancies that could delay billing and support customer updates

- 3-7+ years in dispatching or billing in field service
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service or similar systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Teams skills
- Managing high-volume scheduling and billing workflows
- Available 8 AM-5 PM and responsive to same-day changes
