The role
ElevenLabs is hiring its first Employee Relations Partner to run sensitive performance, investigation and disciplinary cases across many jurisdictions. You'll also build the playbooks and processes for the function.
What you'll do
- Lead formal performance processes end to end with Leads and People Partners
- Run investigations into misconduct allegations, grievances and complaints
- Manage disciplinary, dismissal and exit matters with Legal
- Triage incoming cases and report on patterns by team, region and case type
- Build playbooks, templates, training and a self-serve ER flow for leads

- Hands-on experience leading ER cases, from investigations to disciplinaries
- Strong judgment and discretion on sensitive issues
- Working knowledge of employment law and comfort working with counsel
- Clear, defensible documentation and coaching of leads
- Comfort building process while running cases

- Experience supporting globally distributed or multi-jurisdiction teams
