The role
ElevenLabs needs a People Partner to support Engineering and Product leaders across its international teams. You'll coach leads, run 1:1s and help shape org design as headcount grows from 1,000 to 4,000.
What you'll do
- Coach leads and managers through feedback, conflict, growth and team change
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on team health and performance
- Run proactive 1:1s, mainly with leads, to surface issues early
- Advise on org design, team structures, spans and layers
- Support performance reviews, engagement and lead enablement programs

- Comfort deciding with incomplete information in a high-velocity setting
