The role
You'll own the path from a signed capture partner to steady, high-quality output at Mecka, covering onboarding, devices, support, reporting and payments. It's a new function, so you'll set the standards and tooling yourself.
What you'll do
- Onboard partners, issue devices and accounts, and train teams on capture standards
- Manage device allocation, tracking, replacements and returns
- Run partner support and resolve issues before capture is disrupted
- Monitor partner performance and QA rates, and keep scorecards current
- Own partner payments and reconciliation, and build repeatable playbooks
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 3 to 5+ years in partner, vendor, business or program operations
- Record of running many partner launches at once across time zones
- Highly organized and detail-focused across many partners and tasks
- Daily use of AI tools to analyze data and draft communications
- Comfort with ambiguity and building process without a playbook
Nice to have
- Background in data collection, AI training data or BPO services
- Device deployment and inventory tracking across partner sites
- Working fluency in a regional business language alongside English
