The role
TRM Labs needs a recruiter to own high-priority searches across EMEA and beyond, from sales to compliance and marketing. You'll work with hiring managers on sourcing, calibration and closing, and be measured on the quality and speed of your hires.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for international Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance and Marketing roles
- Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, calibration and close approach
- Build sourcing strategies and regional talent maps for priority EMEA markets
- Track funnel metrics to diagnose search health and adjust strategy
- Improve intake quality, scorecards, debriefs and offer execution

- 5-7+ years recruiting, including international sales hiring in high-growth tech
- Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets
- Search fundamentals: market mapping, passive outreach, assessment, closing
- Analytical use of funnel and conversion metrics
