The role
Fertility Bridge needs a part-time contract project manager to rebuild its Asana workflows, training and seat outcomes. You'll be accountable for client retention and for a small team of coordinators, writers and an editor.
What you'll do
- Review, document and improve project workflows and Asana templates
- Own one or more PM seats such as client onboarding, digest or podcast delivery
- Set seat outcomes, training and accountability for coordinators and writers
- Track budgets and follow up on every open item and approval
- Move editor work off the company owner and into other seats
