The role
Align HCM needs a UKG Pro expert to advise clients after go-live, handling configuration, troubleshooting and optimization. Some assignments embed you as a client's dedicated HRIS resource.
What you'll do
- Serve as the main post-implementation partner for assigned clients
- Configure and enhance UKG Pro Payroll and People modules
- Triage and resolve client issues, escalating UKG cases as needed
- Run quarterly optimization reviews and manage UKG releases
- Write SOPs and user guides and train client HR staff
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 3+ years hands-on with UKG Pro (Payroll & People)
- Background in consulting, implementation, configuration or support
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes and system testing
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities
- Excellent client-facing communication
Nice to have
- Core Benefits, Benefits Administration or Benefits Hub experience
- UKG Pro Payroll & People certification
- US or Canadian payroll exposure
