The role
Pragma is launching a managed services offering for its FirstLook tool and needs someone to lead it. You'll run playtests, Discord and player comms for studios, then turn that work into packages and playbooks.
What you'll do
- Plan and run playtests end to end in FirstLook
- Set up and restructure Discord servers, moderation policies and handbooks
- Help studios handle toxicity and community crises
- Launch and run creator programs for studios
- Design service packages and playbooks for studios of different sizes
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 4+ years in community, player or live operations at a studio or publisher
- Hands-on experience running playtests or betas
- Experience building and moderating large Discord communities
- Comfort reading funnel and conversion metrics
- Strong written communication and organization across several studios
Nice to have
- Consulting or agency work supporting several studios
- Background in player acquisition, organic and paid
- Experience running creator or influencer programs
