The role
Oyster's Senior AI Solutions Engineer rethinks how business functions work with AI, building agents and automations from discovery through adoption. You'll report to the AI Director and work with functional leaders.
What you'll do
- Redesign team workflows so humans orchestrate AI-powered ways of working
- Partner with functional leaders to prioritize AI transformation opportunities
- Build, test and improve AI agents, agentic workflows and integrations
- Own solutions after launch, measuring adoption, quality and business impact
- Mentor colleagues and share reusable patterns across departments
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 3+ years hands-on AI and automation experience
- Production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs and enterprise data
- Automation tools such as n8n, Zapier or Make
- API, webhook and authentication integration experience
- Strong experience in a business function like People, Legal, Finance or Ops
Nice to have
- JavaScript, Python or SQL
- RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability or governance familiarity
- Experience with enterprise systems used in People, Legal, Finance or Ops
