Mindly needs a product engineer who works with the Product Team and CEO to find user problems and ship solutions, including AI-powered experiences. You'll work in Node.js and React with a high level of autonomy.

- Work with the Product Team and CEO to understand user needs and shape solutions
- Build AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion
- Drive development independently from problem discovery to production launch
- Use AI-native development practices to speed up delivery and experiments
