The role
Hyperproof wants a senior designer who prototypes and ships in code with AI tools, working on its GRC platform and AI features. You'll lead research, own UX decisions and contribute to the design system.
What you'll do
- Lead customer interviews, usability tests and analytics reviews to frame problems
- Prototype flows in the live codebase with Claude Code and test them with customers
- Ship small UI and UX pull requests to production
- Design AI experiences compliance teams can trust
- Contribute reusable components and tokens in Figma and code
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 5+ years of product design, 3+ in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on prototyping in a real codebase with Claude Code, Cursor or similar
- Proof that AI changed how you work
- Enough HTML, CSS, React and Git to read a diff and spot wrong output
- Portfolio with interactive or shipped work that shows your reasoning
Nice to have
- Experience in GRC, security or another regulated domain
- Experience designing AI or agent-based experiences
