The role
Rancho BioSciences needs a technical project manager for a 6-month contract, leading data curation and development projects for clients. It's fully remote from the UK or Western or Central Europe, with possible extension.
What you'll do
- Lead 10-15 concurrent scientific projects through to client delivery
- Tailor Waterfall, Scrum or Agile methods to each project
- Act as the main client contact, setting expectations and sharing updates
- Lead teams of scientists, bioinformaticians and data analysts
- Track budgets, timelines and risks, and report on progress

Must-haves
- Hands-on project management experience
- Ability to lead developers, manage Jira and run Scrum sessions
- Strong life sciences background and data management project experience
- Experience with development, annotation or curation
- Based in the UK or Western or Central Europe
Nice to have
- Degree in biology, chemistry, clinical sciences or a related field
- PMP or other project management certificate
- Certified Scrum Master
