The role
You'll lead Canonical's Talent Science analytics team, owning its roadmap and connecting performance outcomes back to selection methods. You'll report to the Global Head of Talent Science and advise company leaders.
What you'll do
- Lead a team delivering strategic objectives and the product roadmap
- Connect performance outcomes to selection methods to improve hiring
- Design processes and frameworks for efficient delivery
- Coach team members on analytics and thought leadership
- Represent the team in the Head's absence and advise company leaders
What they're looking for
Must-haves
- 7+ years in a Talent function, with deep recruitment and selection knowledge
- SQL for analysis, or Python, R or SPSS with an appetite to learn SQL
- Exposure to BI tools; Superset is the platform
- Proven project management and coaching to lead roadmap delivery
- Exceptional written and spoken English with senior-level presentation skills
Nice to have
- Advanced psychometric skills
- Deep understanding of human behaviour, especially intrinsic motivation
- Experience with Superset or Greenhouse
