The role
Supabase needs a Customer Solution Architect to guide Team and Enterprise customers from discovery through proof-of-value to scaled production. You'll cover Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery to uncover customers' business and technical goals
- Build and present Supabase demos to high-value customers
- Scope and run proof-of-value projects with clear success criteria
- Deliver architecture reviews and database performance optimization
- Feed customer feedback to Support, Product and Engineering

Must-haves
- Solutions architecture or database engineering background
- Strong PostgreSQL or MySQL experience
- Web development familiarity: Python, C#, React, Vue, Svelte, Node.js
- Clear communication of technical concepts to business audiences
- Experience leading customer-facing technical engagements

- Familiarity with HubSpot and BigQuery
- Project management and business analysis experience
- Revenue operations tooling experience
